Gingersnap Pecans

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pecans (4 to 6 cups)
- 2 t molasses
- 2 C light brown sugar
- 2 t ground ginger
- 2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 1/4 t ground white pepper
- 1/4 C water
Instructions
- Mix together all but the pecans, then mix in the pecans.
- Place the coated pecans in a single layer on a silicone baking sheet or on a sheetpan covered with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Remove and cool.
